Frequently asked

How fast do we receive the first draft?
You'll receive the first draft within 5–10 business days of the shoot, depending on the package scope. Larger packages (PRESTIGE/DOMINATION) with multiple deliverables may take up to 14 days. Timeline is confirmed in writing before production begins.
What if the weather is bad?
We monitor conditions in advance and reschedule if necessary — always with your operations in mind. Poor weather rarely affects indoor and detail shots, so we prioritise accordingly and capture what we can. Full rescheduling is included at no extra cost.
What should we prepare before the shoot?
You'll receive the Property Preparation Checklist in advance — it covers room staging, lighting setups, staff briefing, and access logistics. Most properties are ready in 2–3 hours of light prep. We walk you through it on the Strategy Call.
Do you deliver for website headers, OTAs, and ads?
Yes — every package includes a delivery folder system organised by platform: Website, Social (9:16 / 1:1), Ads, OTAs, and Photos. Files are export-ready with the correct specs. You can publish the day you receive delivery.
How many revision rounds are included?
PRESENCE packages include 1 revision round. PRESTIGE includes 2. DOMINATION includes 3. Revisions are submitted via timestamped feedback (video link with comments) — simple and efficient. Additional rounds can be added if needed.
Drone/FPV: what's possible at our location?
Drone availability depends on your location's airspace regulations. We handle all permit research in advance. FPV is subject to indoor space requirements. Both are confirmed during the Strategy Call — we never plan for what isn't possible.
What's the difference between PRESENCE, PRESTIGE, and DOMINATION?
PRESENCE is a focused, high-impact deliverable for properties starting or upgrading their visual identity. PRESTIGE adds depth — more content, more platforms, more reach. DOMINATION is a full content system that covers every channel and format for an extended period. Most properties begin with PRESTIGE.
How do you handle music licensing?
All music used in your videos is fully licensed for commercial use — website, social media, and paid advertising. We work with premium licensing libraries. Specific track preferences can be discussed during production.
Can you work with our agency or marketing team?
Absolutely. We're experienced in working alongside marketing teams, agencies, and brand managers. We can deliver files in any specified format, follow brand guidelines, and coordinate the feedback process to fit your existing workflow.
Can we start with photos first and upgrade later?
Yes — and many clients do exactly this. Start with a photo package to upgrade your listings immediately, then add video in a second visit. The prep work and shot planning from the first project carries over, making the second production more efficient.
